Placemats & Coasters
Cube Direct supply a vast array of Placemats and Coasters, but traditional cork-backed mats and coasters really are one of our specialities.
Cube work in all commercial thickness’s sizes and finishes allowing a fully tailored offer.
Cork backing offers good thermal protection as well as a non slip base. However, alternative backing material such as baize can be offered for a more premium and luxurious feel.
Our factories can produce high quality Lacquer as a premium finishes or PP & UV laminated surfaces in both matt and gloss finish for a more competitively priced option.

Quality
All Placemats and Coasters supplied from Cube have a uniformly radiused corner with a sprayed sealed edge to prevent staining from water ingress.
Products are available in standard 4mm or luxury 6mm thickness and sizes can vary dependent on the customer requirement. Market standard sizes are 29 x 21.5cm in 4mm thickness but Cube Direct are able to quote for all shapes, sizes and thicknesses.
All products are heat resistant to a minimum of 90°C.
Packaging
Cube Direct offer several packaging options. shrink wrap with colour label, Card wrap with insert (standard) and for premium products a 2 piece printed gift box. This can be branded in a customer’s own livery or designed by Cube in a customer-exclusive brand – see design page for more details.
